Tow-headed, oval faced Bobby Larson had been performing on radio since the age of six. He may be remembered for his first film role as the the kid who recites the "Gettyburg Address" which inspires Jimmy Stewart in Mr. Smith Goes to Washington (1939) (Bobby is uncredited in that role).
His achievements include all four of the "Five Little Peppers" movies (1939 - 1940). He later appeared in some of the "Blondie" films of the late 40's & early 50's. Bobby taught elementary school in Los Angeles from 1959 to 1987. He died of Parkinson's disease in 2002.
